While our pre-built sets MAY qualify for free shipping, please be aware that once orders are placed, our team will carefully review them to determine if additional charges are applicable. In cases where additional shipping fees are necessary, we will promptly contact the client to discuss the charges and present the options to proceed.
Moreover, we also offer a design center that allows clients to build their own configurations according to their specific needs. When these custom designs are submitted, they go through a quoting process. Please be aware that even if the order value exceeds $49, shipping fees may still apply based on the complexity and size of the custom design.
Our goal is to provide transparent and fair shipping practices to ensure the best service for our valued customers. IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We strongly recommend waiting for your order to arrive prior to booking an installer. We cannot guarantee delivery, and will not be held accountable if your order arrives late, or if it arrives with missing or damaged items. This way you can ensure all products arrived, and that they are in perfect condition to use before having to reschedule an installer.
Proslat also has the right to cancel any items on your order at any given time, of course with a refund.

RETURNS POLICY
Proslat DOES NOT accept returns on units that have been installed, modified, scratched, damaged, or abused as they cannot be resold as new products. If you have made a mistake when installing or mounting the unit, although we will not accept a return with these terms, we may have several remedies available to help you repair the “damaged” unit and still be able to use your item. Please call our customer service department for help at 1-888-691-2944
30 DAYS
A 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is available for all unused and/or undamaged units, with the exception of Slatwall Trims. The unit must be unaltered, undamaged, and in original new condition. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, with return shipping fees deducted.
30-60 DAYS
After 30 days, and up to 60 days from the date of the purchase, if you are not happy with the product, and have not installed it, you can return it for a refund, less all actual shipping charges related to the product. The unit(s) must be undamaged and in original new condition.
60-120 DAYS
Due to the nature, size and logistics in inventory management and distribution, our restocking fee after 60 days, and up to 120 days, is 10% and applies to all new uninstalled non-defective products.
