I should preface this review by saying that I am a long time customer of Proslat, I’ve purchased 3 slatwalls (2 aluminum, 1 pvc) and countless accessories.
I bought one of their paper towel holders years ago that has worked perfectly, and fit easily into the aluminum slatwall in my garage.
I attempted to buy another one recently, and the first 2 arrived damaged with the metal arm sticking out of the box, and the next 2 were not damaged but were obviously off spec as they did not fit into the slatwall. That’s right, they sent me 4 different paper towel holders and none of them were useable.
There is obviously a serious quality control issue with this item from their new supplier as compared to the first one I bought a long time ago.
Don’t bother buying accessory.
