Ordered online through the company website.
First order, 8’x 8’ of slats (2 boxes). No issues. Once you got the hang of it, it was simple enough to understand. Directions were clear. Be patient.
Second order, 8’ x 8’ of slats (2 boxes). One box did not contain any of the mounting screws. I emailed the company to 2 addresses and left a voice message. They replied within a day and sent me the screws about 4 days later.
Happy with the product so far.
The only minor unclear step was the final top “L” strip. Do the ends of the “L” strip overlap the side “J” strips ends or go inside. Either way it’s not a great fit.
I installed it alone, so it’s very doable by the average Joe.

Good quality and durable
I’m a novice. I’ve never installed slats before and this went like a breeze. Some advice is to have a laser level (with horizontal lines) and to take your time around electrical junctions. In particular if needed use a small hole saw (in reverse) to cut through the boards. BTW we couldn’t be happier with our Proslat wall.

This is a good starting set to help you get a feel for the different types of hooks. Gave me a good sense of what else to buy to finish hanging everything else in our garage. I ended up buying the sports hook kit, a 12 pack of 1 in hooks, the shelf and basket kit, and another set of shelves in addition to complete my garage organization project. (Picture is only one side of the garage)
